About Lili

Meet Lili, an adorable 3-year-old American Shorthair packed into a petite 4.5-pound frame. After being abandoned as a kitten in an empty lot in Williamsburg, she’s eager to settle into the cozy indoor life she deserves. Lili delights in gentle pets and loving brushes, especially enjoying cheek rubs that make her scrunch up her little chin. She's motivated by Temptations chicken treats, which she views as essential to her daily routine. With her incredibly soft short fur and striking emerald-green eyes, Lili is quite the sight. Though she can be timid initially, this little diva appreciates a quiet space to take her time getting comfortable. Formerly sharing her space with a territorial cat, she values a peaceful atmosphere to observe her surroundings at her own pace. Offer her room to decompress, and she’ll gradually reveal her charming personality, complete with her raspy meows and distinct opinions on when she wants attention. Her ideal home is peaceful, with a sunny window for bird-watching and a soft spot to nap. Lili is spayed, vaccinated, up to date on preventatives, and litterbox trained. While Lili tested positive for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV), she is asymptomatic and in good health. FeLV is cat-specific and does not affect humans or other pets. Lili is seeking an adult-only home as a sole feline companion. Her care is manageable and includes routine vet checks and a good-quality diet to support her health. If you’re searching for a small, ever-so-soft companion who will quietly judge the household from her high perch, Lili can’t wait to meet you! Foster-to-adopt is available.
