Meet Lizzie! This 3-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer was found as a stray in a construction area in South Florida. Despite her rough beginnings, Lizzie has blossomed into a lovable companion. She may be a bit shy when meeting new people, but it doesn't take long for her to open up and show her sweet personality. Lizzie thinks being by your side is the best place to be; she’s a true Velcro dog who loves to burrow under the covers. You'll love her adorable happy dance when she’s excited! She is fully house trained with great leash manners and is not destructive when left alone. While she isn't a fan of crates, she does just fine in her own space when you're away. Lizzie enjoys the company of other dogs and would thrive in a home with a dog buddy or someone who spends a lot of time with her. However, she does not get along well with cats. If you’re in search of a loyal, affectionate girl who loves to be near her humans, Lizzie is ready to bring her joy into your life!
