About WaddleDoo

WaddleDoo is a sweet boy, about 1 year old and weighing around 45 lbs. He’s the perfect medium-sized companion for anyone preferring neither a giant nor a tiny pup. Initially shut down and scared upon arrival at the shelter, he has shown improvement but still requires a patient owner to help him adapt to life as a beloved pet. WaddleDoo has primarily lived outdoors, lacking the training needed to feel comfortable indoors. Everyday experiences like leashes, new environments, and unfamiliar faces are still intimidating for him. WaddleDoo would do best in a calm home where he'll receive the time and guidance he needs to learn the ropes of being a dog. He has lived with many dogs and generally prefers calm females or neutral males. While he’s never been around kids or cats, a household with older kids who understand boundaries would be ideal. Once he feels secure, this affectionate boy can't get enough of cuddles and kisses. Are you ready to help WaddleDoo become his best self? He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and up-to-date on parasite preventatives. The adoption fee is $185. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
