Cutter has recently joined us after his owner could no longer care for him. He's a small mixed breed, primarily white and cream in color. While we aren't sure about his past experiences, Cutter seems to have had some training, but it's important to remember that behaviors can change in a new environment. Currently, he’s pending evaluations with other animals at the shelter until cleared by our vet. Our team is getting to know him better and will provide updates as we learn more.
