Meet Hope! This delightful 1-year-old female American Staffordshire Terrier and Pit Bull mix is currently looking for her forever home. She weighs about 43 pounds and is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed, ready for a loving family. Since arriving at the rescue after being surrendered by her previous owner, Hope has flourished in her foster home in Houston, TX. Hope is friendly with other dogs and currently shares her foster home with a canine buddy. Though she may initially be shy, she quickly becomes a perfect mix of calmness and energy, snuggling up for cuddles before bursting into playful zoomies outside. She gets along well with children, having spent time with kids as young as infants and up to 5 years old, showing her sweet temperament. While sheβs not yet been around cats, her foster family is open to testing her compatibility for serious potential adopters. Hope walks well on a leash and remains calm as you explore together. She is mostly potty trained, can hold it for about six hours, and manages well with potty pads if needed. Her foster mom describes her as cuddly, loving, and quite funny, bringing joy and laughter with her curious antics and expressive personality. Hope would thrive in a home where she can have a dog friend to share her days with, and she possesses a gentle nature that makes her a wonderful companion.
