Meet Junior! 🐾 Junior is an 18-pound Beagle mix, estimated to be around 8 to 9 years old, and he’s undoubtedly one of the sweetest dogs you could ever meet. With a mostly tan coat, Junior's charm is undeniable. He’s a true gentleman with nothing but love to give, and he has a calm demeanor that makes him a joy to be around. Not one to bark excessively, Junior is perfectly content to curl up beside his human companions or relax with his four-legged foster siblings. He adores cuddling and does well sleeping next to his people at night. Recently, he underwent dental work that involved several extractions, coming through the procedure with flying colors. Although he has a grade 2/6 heart murmur, he currently doesn’t need any medication. Completely house trained and crate trained, Junior is looking for a home where he won’t be crated for long periods. The ideal family for him would have plenty of time to spend with him and a securely fenced yard for him to lounge in the sun. Junior gets along wonderfully with both big and small dogs in his foster home, and due to his age, he would do best in an adult-only home or one with older, respectful children who understand his gentle nature. Junior has a knack for quietly working his way into hearts, filling lives with warmth and love.
