About Mayhem

Meet Mayhem, or “Ham,” as her foster mom fondly calls her. This lovely girl boasts a lush, long coat, a playful tabby cap perched to the side, and striking eyeliner that catches every eye. Ham was found outside with her siblings, where she initially felt shy around people. But once she joined a foster home with two confident cats, her true personality began to shine. Now, she boldly explores her space, zooms around with joy, and loves to curl up for cozy naps with her foster brothers. Ham enjoys watching the outdoor world through the window, hunting pesky bugs that might wander inside, and snuggling in a cozy cuddle puddle at night. While she's still warming up to the idea of being petted, she loves being close to her humans when she's ready. Ham will thrive in a patient home that allows her to build relationships at her own pace. It’s important that her forever family includes at least one friendly kitty companion who can play and cuddle with her. She also dreams of a safe outdoor space, like a catio, where she can enjoy nature’s wonders. Ham is a lively spirit who's full of curiosity and loves to explore life on her terms. She's not your typical lap cat yet, but she has a unique charm and affection to offer. She’s waiting for you in Anchorage. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
