About Ricardo

Meet Ricardo. Ricardo is a spirited 10-week-old Australian Shepherd/Heeler/Beagle mix who loves to engage and be in the center of the action. He has a friendly demeanor that brightens every room. Although we can't pinpoint the exact mix of his breeds, his personality shines bright and makes him an instant charmer. This little guy came into rescue with his siblings after they were treated with flea powder, which caused some coughing among the puppies. Luckily, Ricardo was not affected and is thriving. He is currently the largest of the litter and is expected to mature into a small to medium dog, likely weighing around 20 pounds as an adult. Ricardo is social, curious, and affectionate—traits that make him an ideal companion for families looking for an active and loving puppy. He gets along with cats, dogs, and children, making him a great addition to any home.
