Meet Missy, an adorable little Min Pin mix who's a testament to resilience. Once on the euthanasia list, she has transformed into a professional lap warmer and toy collector, ready to find her forever home. Having spent a few weeks in her foster home, her true personality is blossoming. According to her foster, Missy is a lovebug who prefers to stay close to her humans, especially in their laps. This affectionate pup enjoys exploring outside but always returns for cuddles. She has a seasonal collection of toys that she proudly considers her own, playfully sticking her little rear in the air when she’s excited. Though Missy has medium energy, she adores giving kisses and is extremely affectionate. She gets along well with both dogs and cats. She is house trained and crate trained, and while she’s still learning how to walk on a leash, she prefers to be carried. Missy can be shy when meeting new people and tends to warm up to women more quickly than men. She’s adjusting to car rides and is currently learning to sit patiently at mealtime. Although Missy is receiving treatment for demodex, which has resulted in some hair loss, her foster is committed to her care, ensuring that she will soon showcase her stunning coat.
