About Maple

Maple is a delightful female Chihuahua fostered in Santa Monica, CA, but she’s ready for adoption across California and nearby states. At just one month old and weighing in at 6 pounds, she's small but bursting with energy and personality. Maple is vaccinated and microchipped, and once she's grown a bit more, she’ll be spayed. After being found abandoned at a school, Maple learned that not all humans are unkind. She’s curious about the world around her and enjoys exploring new places. While she’s great with humans, she may need gentle guidance around little ones, given her size. Though she can get a bit too excited at times—especially with her puppy nibbles—she's also incredibly loving and cuddly when she calms down. This adventurous pup thrives on structure and training, and she's eager to learn, especially if treats are involved! Maple would do best with someone who can help her channel her energy positively and provide the routine she craves. She’s also comfortable in her crate, using it as a cozy spot to settle when the excitement becomes too much. Ready to welcome Maple into your life? Click apply to start the adoption process.
