About Adelia

Adelia is a beautiful terrier mix currently being fostered in La Feria, Texas. She arrived in rescue emaciated but is now thriving and embracing her new life. Though she still eats like every meal might be her last, her transformation is inspiring. Adelia is playful, energetic, and has a unique, charming way of moving through life—hopping and trotting as she plays with toys. While not a cuddle bug, she enjoys being close and appreciates a good face scratch, which is her love language. She's doing wonderfully with potty training and gets along great with other dogs and cats, though her comfort level with small children remains unknown. Adelia needs an active, patient adopter who can appreciate her big personality. She's quirky and lovely, ready to find that forever home. Her adoption fee is waived, covering transport costs if adopted out of state. Adelia is spayed, fully vaccinated, and looking for a companion who will keep up with her lively spirit. Every animal deserves a happy ending, and this one starts with you.
