About Wilfred

Meet Wilfred, affectionately known as "Wilfredo." This delightful eight-year-old Miniature Poodle weighs about twelve pounds and is full of spunk and love. Wilfred has moderate energy and thrives on his daily walks, ready to tackle even the rain like it's part of his mission. After his exercise, he relaxes at home, adapting well to new situations. He’s friendly with guests, welcoming new people with affection and staying calm when the doorbell rings. Currently, he’s the only dog in his household but happily greets other dogs he encounters during walks throughout Brooklyn. Wilfred is potty trained and does well on a leash. He enjoys making friends with other dogs he meets along the way. Food motivates him, and he knows how to sit patiently for a treat. His perfect day consists of long walks, companionship while you're working from home, and cuddles on his terms. Wilfred clearly communicates when he wants affection and when he would prefer some alone time. Although he's not particularly interested in toys, he cherishes your attention above all else. It’s best for Wilfred to be with someone who can spend ample time with him. He’s very social and would thrive in any household, whether as the only pet or with other furry friends.
