About Pixie

Meet Pixie! This charming little girl is a 9-pound Silky Terrier mix, estimated to be around 1 year old. Found as a stray, we don't know much about her past, but we do know she's incredibly sweet. Pixie adores being with her people, making her a true little Velcro pup. She's a fantastic snuggler and a lap dog who loves to curl up beside you and soak up all the love available. Eager to please, she's picking up new skills every day. Ideally, she'd thrive with someone who works from home so she can stick close by. Although Pixie uses piddle pads pretty well, she's also learning to do her business outside. Still honing her leash skills, her new family will need to be patient and help her gain confidence on walks. Due to her playful nature, it's essential to have a securely fenced yard while she's learning. Initially shy around new people, she warms up beautifully. She's adapted well to other dogs and cats, even becoming friends with her foster's 5-month-old kitten. Pixie tends to be quiet, only barking to alert you when something catches her attention. She's affectionate, playful, and would love to be your shadow. If you’re searching for a tiny companion who wants to play, cuddle, and be involved in everything you do, Pixie might just be your perfect match! Adoption fee is $500. Pixie is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and up-to-date on preventatives. Start your journey together; apply now!
