About Mr. Bigglesworth
Meet Mr. Bigglesworth, or as his friends call him, Biggie. This charming fellow isn't an oversized dog despite his name; he weighs a manageable 48 lbs and brings warmth to everyone around him. Hailing from a hoarding situation in Abilene, Texas, Mr. Bigglesworth is the loving patriarch of a rescue group, now enjoying his new life in the Pacific Northwest. Biggie's demeanor is truly magical. He’s affectionate and easy-going, always looking for a cozy spot next to his person, whether that’s on the couch or in the yard. He’s housetrained, well-mannered, and doesn’t require crating, making him a great companion. While he’s adjusting to life as a house dog—getting used to stairs and slippery floors—he’s found his place and has embraced the comforts of indoor living. Outdoor time is a joy for him; he loves rolling in the grass, playing with other dogs at the park, and chasing after squeaky toys. As a middle-aged guy of about 7 years, Biggie enjoys a quieter lifestyle with moderate exercise. He sometimes gets a little excited on his walks, but he's learning to leash train. Currently fostered in the Portland area, Biggie is ready to bring his joyful spirit to a new home, and we’re open to arranging transport for the right applicant in the PNW. If you're ready to meet a genuinely loving companion, fill out the application on our website. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
