After overcoming neglect and a rough start—her beautiful coat once marred by painful foxtails—she's ready to show the world her gentle spirit. Scarlet has done wonderfully with every dog she has met and even aced a cat test at her previous rescue. While she may initially be a bit shy around men, kindness helps her warm up quickly. She’s also great with kids of all ages, loves to walk nicely on a leash, and embodies an exceptionally sweet and loving nature. As she continues her recovery from severe foxtail exposure, we can’t wait to see her regrow that magnificent coat. Scarlet requires a home with a secure fenced yard—no apartments for her.
