Billy is missing his entire lower jaw, but that hasn't stopped him. After surgery to mend his mandible, he's recovered impressively and is on treatment for Valley Fever. You’d never guess he’s been through so much; his spunky spirit and zest for life will draw you in from the moment you meet him. Billy is hilarious, joyful, and ready to spread happiness wherever he goes. He gets along beautifully with cats, dogs, and children, making him the perfect companion for families or individuals alike. Despite his past, Billy just wants to enjoy life and be loved.
