Heather is a charming little lady rescued in September 2024, around 7 years old and currently weighing 9 pounds. She was found abandoned on the streets of Ponce, Puerto Rico, alongside her daughter. Both were quite thin and needed care, and while her daughter found a forever home, Heather continues her journey to recovery with us. This sweet Chihuahua is friendly, easy-going, and simply looking for a loving family. She gets along well with other dogs, making her a great addition to a multi-pet home. Heather is spayed, vaccinated, and ready for her new chapter. She's keen to find the love and stability she deserves.
