About Artemis
Meet Artemis, a unique cat on an exciting journey of self-discovery. After living in restrictive conditions, she’s now adapting to the newfound freedom of a whole house, and her energy is contagious. Artemis is an exceptional jumper, enthusiastically exploring every nook and cranny—there’s so much more to life than the small space she once knew. While she enjoys the company of her foster family, Artemis is still learning to trust people and isn't ready for hands-on affection just yet. Quick movements or too-close encounters might overwhelm her, so she requires a gentle approach. Fortunately, her foster family is committed to helping her build trust at her own pace. She’s especially found joy in flirt pole play sessions, although these need to be short to avoid overstimulation. Artemis prefers to be the only pet in the home and would thrive better in an adult-only environment. Her ideal adopter is someone patient, willing to invest time in developing a bond, and understands feline behaviors. With the right guidance, Artemis has the potential to become a truly lovable companion. For perhaps the first time, she enjoys space and choices, and she’s learning to navigate this new world. It's a journey that deserves a caring and understanding partner. Ready to meet Artemis? Click apply to start the adoption process.
