Meet Charlie! Charlie’s journey began when a family on a fishing trip in Northeast Houston discovered two starving puppies emerging from the woods, both in desperate need of help. They took the pups home and reached out to our rescue for assistance. Now in a supportive foster home, Charlie is thriving and ready for his next adventure. This young, goofy boy is a cuddler who loves to be around people. He has a unique ear that has a mind of its own! Charlie is already neutered, crate trained, and almost fully potty trained. He responds to his name and knows some basic commands, plus he walks well on a leash. Charlie enjoys playing tug-of-war, thrives in the company of children and other dogs, and loves to snuggle right next to you, whether you are on the couch or in bed. While he is curious about cats, he shows no signs of aggression. Charlie is eager to please and would make a wonderful addition to a loving family. This clever boy needs an active home that can provide him with daily mental and physical exercise. His foster mom has found him to be food motivated and quick to learn. If you’re ready for an outgoing and intelligent pup, Charlie is your guy! Charlie might be the perfect companion for you – don’t wait!
