About Dover

Meet Dover, a young and handsome Labrador Retriever looking for either a foster or forever home. His journey has been quite challenging. He first entered the Lancaster shelter on June 5th as a stray with no identification. After a month, he fell ill but bounced back and found a temporary family in July. Sadly, he was returned to the shelter in September for being described as โ€˜destructive.โ€™ Despite these setbacks, Dover has remained sweet and friendly. He impressed everyone during his intake exams and assessments, receiving high praise for his good temperament around both people and other dogs. Now, Dover is ready to start a new chapter in his life. He gets along well with dogs and children, making him a great fit for a loving family. If you're interested in giving him a second chance, please fill out an application at labradorsandfriends.org. Start your journey together! Apply now.
