Madeline is a female adult cat, spayed and with vaccinations up to date. She is house trained and has a medium size. Though her weight is not specified, she is currently mildly overweight and needs a bit of attention to her portions. About Madeline

Madeline, affectionately known as Madi, is the kind of cat who knows exactly what she wants: a lot of love, attention, and probably a few treats along the way. This sweet tortoiseshell came to Emerald City Pet Rescue after her previous owner could no longer care for her due to medical reasons. Now, she’s eager to find a family that appreciates her affectionate nature. Madi loves people and has a wonderfully social personality. You'll often find her coming to say hello, rubbing against your legs, and asking for pets with sweet head bumps. She's not shy about getting right in your face for affection! With a chirpy little voice, she makes it clear when she wants attention. Treats really motivate her, especially Temptations, though she'll likely enjoy any snack you share. Madeline has lived with other cats and should do well with calm feline companions. While her history with dogs is unknown, a calm and respectful dog might work out with the right introductions. Though mildly overweight, making sure Madi gets proper portions and treats in moderation can help. She has experienced some constipation in the past, which has improved since settling in at ECPR. She's currently on HydraCare for hydration and Laxatone as needed, but these may not be necessary long-term. Some mild dental tartar exists, so continued dental care is recommended. Madeline adores her people and is quick to make friends. Show her some affection, offer a few treats, and she'll happily settle in for love.
