About Austin

Meet Austin! He’s about 2 years old and weighs around 80 pounds. When he sees his people, his whole body wiggles with joy, and his tail never stops wagging. Austin adores everyone, especially kids, and is eager to be part of whatever activity is happening around him. Playful and goofy, he’s always ready for an adventure. After he gets his zoomies out, he transforms into the snuggliest companion, happily curling up beside you. His ideal day includes a walk, some playtime, and plenty of cuddle sessions. Austin is thriving in his Sacramento foster home, where he’s learning the ropes of a daily routine. He walks well on a slip lead and is crate-trained. While he can get a bit jumpy when excited, it's all happy, wiggly energy, and he's making excellent progress. He would be happiest as your one and only dog, soaking up all the love, or perhaps with a confident, easygoing dog who matches his vibe. Austin's ready to be adopted anywhere in the USA by an approved applicant. You’d be lucky to have this special boy as part of your family! What are you waiting for? Apply today!
