About Root Beer

Meet Root Beer, an 8-week-old, irresistibly charming puppy who's ready to steal your heart! This playful little guy is full of curiosity and eager for new adventures. With a funny personality, every moment spent with Root Beer is delightful. He is incredibly friendly and enjoys the company of other dogs, making him a great addition to any furry family. Root Beer is always ready to explore, play, and share plenty of puppy kisses. This spirited puppy came to us as an owner surrender at just 6 weeks old. Initially struggling with intestinal parasites and skin issues, he has now received the necessary medical care. Although he’s started his vaccinations, his vet recommends a slow approach to avoid straining his developing immune system. As a young pup, Root Beer should not be left alone for longer than 4 hours at a time and will benefit from patience and training as he learns appropriate behaviors. Due to his sharp puppy teeth, a home with kids over 5 years old is ideal. Root Beer is not yet house trained and will need a physically fenced yard — no apartments or condos for this spirited boy. He's dewormed, on flea and heartworm preventative, and microchipped. For an adoption fee of $375 (including a $75 neuter deposit), you can bring this playful companion home. If you think you could be a good match for Root Beer, come meet him at the Livonia PetSmart on Saturdays between 11-3. This could be your chance to encounter a special pet.
