Mae's journey has been a rocky one, starting with a heart-wrenching betrayal. Once cherished as an indoor pet, she unfortunately found herself living outdoors until being surrendered to Southern States Bully Rescue. At first, Mae struggled with her new reality, feeling lost and frightened in her new surroundings. She was initially skittish around people and other dogs, wary of the world outside. However, with time and care from her dedicated foster mom, Mae has turned a corner. She now interacts well with the other dogs in her foster home, is comfortable going outdoors to potty, and has formed a loving bond with her foster caregiver. This gentle, easygoing gal is looking for a forever home ideally with a family who loves English Bulldogs and can help her continue to thrive.
