About Lana

Meet Lana, a sweet girl who has been waiting for her forever home for over two years. Despite her unique personality being hard to catch in photos, spend just a little time with her to discover how special she really is. Lana arrived in rescue with her brother, Apollo, after facing bullying from stray cats outdoors. Initially shy and dependent on her brother for comfort, she has blossomed into a more outgoing, affectionate cat since he found his forever home. While it may take her a while to warm up to new faces, she'll show you love in her own way—preferring pets and companionship on the couch rather than being held. This independent girl loves treats and appreciates a patient owner who understands her need for trust-building at her own pace. Once comfortable, you'll be greeted by her sweet, loving personality that was waiting to emerge. Lana is available for home visits where she feels safest and can also be met at adoption events. Could you be the person she’s been waiting for?
