About Freya

Meet Freya, a charming little terrier with one ear up and one ear down. Life hasn't been easy for this five-year-old girl. After coming to the rescue, she was very thin and anemic due to a flea infestation, which unfortunately took a toll on her beautiful blond fur. Thankfully, with proper care, her coat is slowly returning to health. Freya will be spayed on October 1st and is looking for a new home to continue her journey. Currently, Freya is finishing up her course of antibiotics for Lyme disease and has already gained a couple of pounds since her rescue. She's got a great appetite, and with a little encouragement, she’ll pack on the weight she needs. Freya is easygoing and does well around other animals, including cats and dogs, as long as they respect her space. Though it may take her a few days to warm up, you can expect to see her tail wagging in no time. A nurturing, low-key home would be perfect for her. If you think you could provide a loving space for Freya, don’t hesitate to start the adoption process!
