About Wisp

Meet Wisp from the W Litter! At just 4 months old, this charming boy has already been fully vetted and is on the lookout for his forever home. Wisp and his siblings were found abandoned, living in drain pipes, but they have made incredible progress in foster care in New Jersey. Wisp is the biggest of the bunch, expected to grow into a large dog, possibly a mix of German Shepherd and Hound. He’s socialized with kids, other dogs, and even cats, which makes him well-rounded and ready for a family. He can be a bit shy around taller people initially, but he opens up quickly—especially when treats are involved! Wisp loves to roll around and play, especially with children. This playful pup is not yet house trained, so patience will be needed. With some guidance and love, he’ll catch on quickly.
