Meet Oaf! Handsome Oaf is a big, goofy lovebug who truly lives up to his name. This silly boy enjoys cuddling with his humans, watching TV, and running around outside having a great time. Oaf adores other animals and sees everyone as his next best friend. However, he has a special love for kids! After burning off some energy with a good hour of playtime, Oaf happily settles down and allows the little ones to shower him with affection. He’s even up for curling up for a nap with them! Although Oaf isn’t a loud barker, he’s quite vocal, especially when mealtime approaches. He is food motivated, making him eager to learn and a joy to train. Oaf is doing well with boundaries both inside the home and outdoors. He’s crate trained and housebroken with one caveat: after waking from a nap, he needs immediate outdoor access unless someone is supervising him. He’s been mostly off the furniture, except for sitting in a lap, but he’s perfectly content lying beside you while watching TV. Oaf follows your lead regarding food; he’s been kept on a minimal amount of human food but is ready for anything! Oaf is a wonderful dog with a huge heart and a goofy personality, ready to give you plenty of love.
