About Penny

Meet Penny! Penny is a 4-month-old spayed female Labrador Retriever mix looking for her forever family. At first, she might seem a bit timid, but once she warms up, her sweet personality shines through. Penny enjoys roughhousing with her sister, Goose, but her true desire is to be right by your side, soaking up love and attention. She adores being petted and cuddled once she knows she's safe with you. In terms of training, Penny is working on her leash skills but is doing great with her crate. She easily goes into her kennel and is crate trained, even signaling when she’s ready to come out. Currently, she has access to a dog door and has learned to manage her needs well. Her new family will need to help her communicate when she needs to go outside if a dog door is not available. Penny is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed, ready to find the loving home she deserves. If you're willing to give this sweet, slightly shy girl the patience and guidance she needs, Penny would be thrilled to meet you! Being fostered in Tomah, WI. Adoption Fee: $350.
