Meet Carlos, a striking one-year-old Australian Cattle Dog/Red Heeler mix. He arrived at the HSOV on September 24th, 2026, after being found near Lowell, Ohio. Carlos sports a short coat in white and tan, beautifully accented with red ticking. This handsome fellow has dark brown eyes, a charming face, and floppy ears that add to his endearing look. Carlos has a friendly yet timid personality. He craves love and affection, and it shows in his sweet demeanor. Volunteers have noted how he warms up over time, enjoying every bit of attention and tasty treats. Though he hasnโt been weighed yet, heโs estimated to be around 40 lbs. Carlos was held for three days in compliance with stray laws, but sadly, no one has come to reclaim him. Heโs now available for foster or foster-to-adopt, pending an approved application.
