About Lucy

Meet Lucy! This beautiful 1.5-year-old lab mix came to us after her owner passed away, along with a few other dogs. Understandably, the transition has made them shy and scared, but Lucy is showing more confidence. She is very food motivated and quickly warms up to her favorite people, loving their attention. Lucy enjoys the company of other dogs, although she tends to take on the leadership role, so she’s more comfortable with submissive companions. Smart and athletic, she is eager to please and will likely transform into a wonderful family pet. We promised Lucy that the rest of her life would be the best of her life. Could that be with you?
