About Stevie Nicks

Meet Stevie Nicks, often just called Stevie. She was found wandering the streets of Port Richmond, meowing for help as she sought out kindness. A compassionate person took her in, and when no one came to claim her, Fishtown Animal Rescue stepped in to help her find a loving home. Stevie is a playful snuggle bug who adores people. She'll happily curl up on your lap while you work or unwind with a good show. When she’s not being a lap cat, you’ll find her scratching her pads, lounging in her cozy pet bed, or watching the world outside. She has a particular fondness for playing in cat tunnels and chasing after wand toys. Mealtime is when Stevie really shines. She's a delightful little comedian, standing on her hind legs to beg for treats just like a dog. Whether it’s wet food or her favorite Churus, she can’t get enough. As a one-year-old, Stevie is still learning how to engage with people during playtime. If she gets overstimulated, she might give a gentle bite, but she’s an eager learner. Stevie has shown friendliness towards dogs and cats in her foster home, despite not being directly introduced yet. With patience, she should adapt well to a multi-pet environment. It's important to note that she hasn’t been around children before. Although Stevie is allergic to fleas, which caused some fur loss, her tortie coat is now back to health and glory. She will need to stay on flea prevention going forward. Are you ready to welcome Stevie into your family? Start the adoption process today!
