About Cody

Meet Cody, our charming lowrider with a long body, short legs, and an overflowing personality. At around 2 years old and approximately 35 lbs, he boasts that adorable lowslung, longbacked look that makes him irresistibly cute. Cody is people-oriented, calm, and happiest when he’s right by your side. This affectionate guy loves to sit on your lap, lean into you, and be your constant shadow. While he gets along well with other dogs, he is a little possessive of his humans—he’d rather not share the lap or attention he craves. Cody is looking for a home where he can thrive. Here are a few adoption criteria: a fully fenced yard (no invisible fences), children aged 7 and older, someone home more during the day to provide companionship, and no crating (a baby gate can safely contain him). Ready for a devoted companion? Cody is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. A $40 refundable deposit is required upon application approval, which will be applied to the $195 adoption fee. Cody is fostered in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and he can’t wait to find his forever home! Start your journey together! Apply now.
