He’s extremely dog-friendly and loves to play, often amusing himself with toys. While he hasn’t shown much interest in cats, he hasn’t reacted negatively to squirrels or birds either. Leo is house and crate trained, happily spending time both inside and outside a crate without fuss. He excels on a leash and enjoys car rides. His playful nature includes splashing around in water and entertaining himself with various toys. However, Leo has had a rough start in life; he sometimes flinches at quick movements or loud noises, which suggests he may have been mistreated. Still, his affectionate personality shines through, thanks to his resilient spirit. He’s learned sit and shake and is quite treat-motivated, making him easy to train—unless he gets too excited! Leo is about one year old and weighs around 50 pounds. He’s neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. Leo has a unique malformation in his front leg due to a prior injury that healed incorrectly, but it doesn’t cause him any pain. He uses it without issue, and he's not currently in need of surgery. His affectionate nature and willingness to learn could be a great match for someone seeking a playful and loving companion.
