About Ted

Ted is a sweet and friendly boy who's still discovering the joys of life. At just 1 year and 7 months old, this 30-pound mixed breed has been through a lot, but he's learning that being a dog can be an awesome experience. Having come from a difficult background, Ted needs your reassurance to help him feel secure and confident. He loves to play with his K9 sibling, zooming around the backyard before settling in to lounge with his humans. Ted is friendly with other dogs and even gets along with cats, proving he has a big heart. He's already learned how to sit, lie down, and is kennel trained, sleeping peacefully in his space at night. While he's doing well with potty training, Ted is still figuring out the world, so new experiences can be a bit daunting for him. He might need some time getting comfortable with small, boisterous kids, but older children who understand his needs will be just fine. Ted is ready to learn more about leash walking and exploring your home together. He just needs a loving and patient owner who can help him thrive in this new adventure. Ted's adoption fee is $175, which includes his neutering, vaccinations, microchip, and flea/tick/heartworm preventatives. Ready to give Ted the forever home he deserves?
