Meet Dobby! This sweet, young pup is ready to find his forever home. At about 6-7 months old, Dobby weighs 35 lbs and is expected to grow a little more but won’t turn into a giant. He's seeking a loving and gentle companion who can help him explore the world around him. Dobby’s foster has shared that he loves everyone he meets—both people and animals. He enjoys giving kisses and cuddling when he feels comfortable. He’s improving on his leash skills and already knows some recall commands. A gentle soul, he has been perfect with cats and gets along well with other dogs. While he doesn't always ask to go outside, he holds it for hours and has only had one accident in the house. Initially skittish, Dobby is learning to feel safe, although he can still be spooked by sudden movements or noises. His crate is his safe haven, where he retreats when scared. He's ready for someone who can patiently help him come out of his shell. Dobby is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and up-to-date on parasite preventatives. His adoption fee is $185.
