About Margo

Margo is the kind of snuggler you want on your couch! Weighing in at a delightful 43 pounds, this medium-sized beauty has a stunning brindle coat that reflects her charming personality and great manners. Being around her is simply a joy. She gets along excellently with other dogs (as long as they share her play style), and she's friendly with cats and even horses! Margo came to the Humane Society of Oldham County after losing her original rescue placement—none of this was her fault. At 2 years old, she’s fully grown, playful yet knows the art of relaxation. She absolutely loves her cozy Kuranda bed and has a special bond with her lamb chop stuffed animal. This sweetheart is housetrained and incredibly friendly, making her an all-around wonderful companion. She can be a bit shy and submissive in new situations, but with patience and positive experiences, Margo will blossom into an even more confident dog.
