About Trooper
Meet Trooper, a 54-pound bundle of love with a heart as big as his paws! This handsome boy, believed to be a Great Pyrenees and Boxer mix, embodies gentleness. Trooper has never met a stranger and adores everyone—from toddlers to seniors. If you’re looking for a dog who gets along with everyone, Trooper checks all the boxes. He loves other dogs, is wonderful with cats, and is especially gentle even with the smallest kittens. His calm and affectionate nature makes him an easy fit for almost any family. Trooper is also a well-mannered companion. He walks nicely on a leash, does great in his crate, and enjoys being by your side through life’s adventures. Despite his rough start, which included arriving in rescue with a broken jaw, Trooper has made a full recovery with no lasting effects. He’s now healthy, happy, and ready to find the family he’s been waiting for. Sweet, loyal, and incredibly loving, Trooper will quickly become everyone’s best friend. All he needs now is a forever home to call his own. Fully vetted: Neutered, heartworm tested negative, up-to-date on vaccinations, current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and microchipped with lifetime registration. Adoption fee: $400.00 including transport to his Petfinder listing locations. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
