About Van

Meet Van, one of the Heartstrings Triplets. This adorable Hound/Dobie mix is currently 3-4 months old and weighs around 20 pounds. Though a bit shy and still learning about the world, Van is ready to thrive with some patience and a little confidence boost. He’s just starting to get the hang of leash walking and enjoys gentle playtime. Having another puppy-loving dog around would be ideal for him, ensuring he learns through positive interactions. If you have time and are ready to nurture a young one, Van, along with his sisters Jolene and Birdie, is sure to bring joy to your home. Brunswick County Animal Services is open Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM. Make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before closing to meet your new family member!
