About Gus

Meet Gus, a 12/10 good boy ready to bring joy, laughter, and lots of love to his forever home. He’s incredibly friendly with both people and other dogs, showcasing a playful spirit while being thoughtful enough to adjust his energy to match his canine buddies. Although still young at heart, he’s learning to keep all four paws on the ground when he excitedly greets new faces, so older kids might be the best fit as he continues to polish his manners. Gus enjoys long walks—about a mile is his sweet spot—and he walks beautifully on a leash with his Easy Walk harness. After a good outing, he loves to curl up next to you for some quality cuddle time. At home, he’s a star. He’s crate trained, knows “no,” and has no potty accidents. While he sometimes likes to rise a little early in the morning, his boundless enthusiasm and tail wags more than compensate for it. And did we mention he absolutely loves ice cubes? Gus would thrive in an active household with another playful dog and a family that enjoys daily walks. If you’re searching for a sweet, fun-loving companion who balances adventure and relaxation, Gus might just be your perfect match. Start your journey together! Apply now.
