About Shadow

Meet Shadow. This sweet, curious four-month-old kitten is a delightful bundle of soft gray and white fur, with a thoughtful personality that shines through. Shadow takes her role as the family observer seriously, watching the world before diving in when she's ready. When it's playtime, she comes alive, particularly loving her feather toys and her special jellyfish-shaped one. Whether she's playing with her sister or entertaining herself, her adorable little kitten meow is sure to capture your heart. Shadow is a bit more cautious with new people than her sister, so a patient adopter who can let her approach at her own pace is ideal. Quick movements can startle her, but with gentle attention, play, and a few tasty Churu treats, she quickly warms up. She craves chin and ear rubs but knows when she needs a break. Shadow is particularly bonded with her sister and would thrive if adopted together or with another friendly young cat for companionship. A home filled with toys and understanding of her need for time and space will help her flourish. She hasn't been around dogs, so her reaction to them is unknown. rescued from a friend's backyard as a stray, she has come a long way in learning to trust humans. Shadow is spayed and up to date on her vaccinations, including distemper and rabies, with no special care needs. She enjoys both wet and dry Purina Pro Plan Kitten food, especially with some Weruva OMG Gravy on top. True to her name, Shadow sticks close to her mom, always ready to explore together. With some love and patience, you'll see her blossom into a loving companion.
