About Sully

Sully is a lively 1.5-year-old neutered male Chocolate Labrador mix currently in a loving foster home in Houston, Texas. This 52-pound bundle of joy is discovering the comforts of home life after spending time on the streets. His playful and affectionate nature makes him an instant friend to everyone, whether human or furry. Sully loves toys and engages happily with dogs of varying sizes, showing no aggression—just excitement to play. With moderate energy, he enjoys walks and playtime, but after some exercise, he’s just as happy to settle down with his humans. Sully is house trained and does well in his crate for several hours. While he can get jumpy and barky around younger children when first meeting them, he has shown he can be a gentle and loving companion once settled. It’s best if his new home has older, dog-savvy kids. He gets along well with other dogs and would thrive with a canine companion or as the only dog with regular playdates. Sully is eager to learn and is making progress with his training. He would benefit from a patient family willing to give him the love and structure he needs. If you're looking for an affectionate and playful adventure buddy, Sully might just be the perfect match for you. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
