About Sambo

Meet Sambo, a brave little survivor with an enormous heart. He was the only one of his litter to make it, and after being rescued from a neglected cat colony, he found a caring foster mom who bottle-fed him back to health. Working with her, Sambo grew strong, but he never forgot what it means to support others. As he developed, he became a nurturing presence for younger foster kittens, showing them the ropes and providing comfort when they needed it most. When he’s not busy being a big brother, Sambo loves to play, especially with wand toys—he can’t resist those feathers and enjoys chasing them across the floor. Recently, two of his closest friends found their forever homes, leaving Sambo eager for his own chance at a happy ending. He's ready for a family to say, 'You’re home, Sambo.' This incredible little boy is waiting for someone to give him the love he has always given to others. Could that be you? Sambo is located in Pottsboro, TX, and transport is available for approved out-of-state adopters. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
