Corn Chips is a spirited boy currently being fostered in Oak Forest, IL. This lovable dog found himself in a shelter after his owner passed away, and thankfully he’s now looking for a foster or foster-to-adopt home. With his lively personality, Corn Chips embodies a joyful mix of energy and couch-loving enjoyment. He thrives on human interaction, following you around the house and happily joining in yard work or cuddling on the couch. While he loves people and eagerly greets anyone he meets on walks, he’s polite and doesn’t pull unless it's to check out an irresistible smell. Corn Chips also moderates his energy well, alternating between playful hops and calm walks. While he does well with larger dogs in the shelter, he should not be around small dogs or cats due to his prey drive. He’s been crate-trained and shows good behavior when left alone. Although he hasn’t been around kids, he’s friendly and likely suitable for families with older children who can handle his size. Corn Chips is up to date on vaccinations and neuteured, and is eager to find a forever home where he can bring joy and companionship.
