About Mercy
Meet Mercy. Some dogs leave an imprint on your heart, and Mercy is one of those. When eight puppies were found abandoned in the scorching desert, their plight was already tragic. They were too young to be without their mother, clinging to each other and relying on strangers for survival. Then, we found Mercy. Still nursing, her body told the story—somewhere, this brave mama had been separated from her precious pups. When they were finally reunited, she immediately stepped back into her role as their caregiver, nursing them and providing comfort that no substitute could offer. What strikes you about Mercy is her gentle nature. Despite her fears, she focused solely on nurturing her babies, never asking for anything in return. Now, as her puppies prepare for their new homes, it's Mercy's turn to find her forever family—not because she has pups, but simply because she deserves it. She longs for a soft bed, a person who cherishes her presence, and a stable home where she'll never have to worry about her next meal or losing her loved ones. After dedicating herself as a mom, we hope for the next chapter of Mercy's life to be simply about being loved.
