About Gudetama
Meet Gudetama, also affectionately known as Tama. He arrived at the shelter with a broken pelvis, and although there were concerns about losing one of his back legs, the medical team discovered it healed nicely, allowing him to use it. While he might walk with a slight limp and his back left leg could be a bit shorter, Tama doesnโt let this hold him back. He thrives in the company of other cats, particularly those of similar age or older, and he loves to play rough! Tamaโs personality shines through his sweetness. He takes a little time to warm up to new faces, so a slow approach is best. Once he feels comfortable, he enjoys receiving affection and will gladly melt against your hand for some pets. Treats are a surefire way to win him over, and you'll often find him energetically playing with a wand toy. However, he has a playful habit of giving love bites, so a household without young children, or where kids are older, would be ideal for him. Tama is already litter box trained and is looking for a loving home where he can flourish. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and let's get started.
