About Tofu

Tofu is a delightful adult female cat, around 2-3 years old, who is ready to embrace life indoors after a challenging start on the streets. She was part of a TNR initiative where her two kittens first entered rescue, but thankfully Tofu was also given a second chance. With her friendly personality, she’s a true people lover, always looking for pats, good meals, and a cozy spot to curl up and nap. After years of survival, Tofu is thriving on affection and comfort. In her outdoor life, Tofu had a strong personality; she was the boss of her colony. She managed to protect her kittens at feeding time, making sure they were well-fed before letting other cats near their food. While she tolerates other cats, she prefers respectful companions who will give her space. Although Tofu hasn’t encountered dogs extensively, with time and patience, she may learn to coexist peacefully with them. Notably, Tofu has a tipped ear, signaling her history with the TNR program. This detail adds to her unique charm, reflecting her resilience and journey to safety. Tofu is fully vetted, having received her FVRCP and rabies vaccines, microchipping, and deworming, and she has tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Now it's Tofu's turn to be cared for and loved. If you're looking for a sweet companion to welcome into your home, consider adopting Tofu. She’s ready for her forever family. Your new best friend is just one click away.
