About Lucy
Lucy is an affectionate young dog with a squishy face and a huge heart. At just one year old, she’s bright and eager to please her people. Like many young dogs, she needs an adopter who can provide consistent training and structure as she navigates the world around her. This lovely Cane Corso would thrive best with someone experienced with large breeds. Lucy can be a bit jumpy when excited, so a home without young children is ideal, though older kids with supervision may suit her well. She is a fast learner, knows her basic commands, and has been working hard on her “place” command. Fully house-trained and crate trained, Lucy does well when left alone and walks nicely on a leash, though she’s still building her confidence with passing cars. While she enjoys the company of other dogs, she may excel as the only dog in her adoptive home, where she can soak up all the attention. If you’re ready to help a wonderful companion like Lucy grow into her full potential, she’s here waiting for you. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
