Chestnut is a charming Hound mix puppy looking for a loving home to grow in. At around 3 months old, he’s part of a playful litter that includes Wolfie, Maple, Biscuit, and Rosco, each available for adoption individually. These sweet pups were discovered abandoned near a cemetery in Hamilton, TX, and have since been cared for, learning to thrive with companionship and love. With playful spirits and affectionate natures, they enjoy exploring, being held, and having fun. They show early signs of potty training too, using a corner of their kennel and going outside. While they've received their second round of puppy vaccinations and are on preventatives for fleas and ticks, they’re too young to be neutered. Any adopter needs to commit to that procedure when the time is right. Chestnut is friendly with other dogs and loves people, but being a young puppy, he may chew on things and exhibit typical puppy behaviors. He is not yet housetrained or leash trained, which will require some extra attention from his future family.
