About Stove
Stove is a 2-year-old Heeler/Shepherd mix weighing about 50 pounds, ready for a fresh start. He came to our attention after being offered for free online due to a change in his owner's circumstances. Thankfully, he now has the chance to leave that past behind and find a loving home. This handsome boy is affectionate and enjoys being close to his people. He gets along well with other dogs, showing a gentle tolerance even when they are a bit too playful. Though heβs working on his leash manners, he still manages to make a good impression during walks. Likely potty trained from his previous home, he will transition well with a little guidance. Stove prefers a cat-free environment because of his tendency to chase them, but he has a friendly demeanor towards people and would likely thrive in a home with respectful children. His spirit is sweet, and he dreams of being part of a family who loves him back. His future is bright, but it depends on finding a foster or adoptive home before October 3rd to secure his ride to Wisconsin. Make a difference in Stove's life by providing him a loving home, and you could start an amazing journey together!
